Day of Class

Don't Be Late

We strongly encourage you to arrive to at least 10 minutes before your schedule class. In order to have a productive class for both the student and instructor everyone should be ready to conduct and participate at the scheduled time.

Why? Proper warm-up is required for all classes. If you are more than 10 minutes last to class, we reserve the right to have you warmup on your own. No student is allowed to participate in class without a proper warm-up.

Another reason to arrive early is that you must...

Sign our Waiver

Parental consent is required for students under the age of 18. Parent/Guardian signature is required for liability/waiver forms and a copy of valid State ID before the start of the first class.

Adults over the age of 18 must also sign a waiver before they can join their first class.

We keep physical waiver copies, so you must sign the waiver when you arrive at the studio for your first class.

During Class

Expected Behavior

Respect instructors and sister students at all times. If you need to use the cell phone, please do so in the lobby. Disrespectful, rude, discouraging, and bullying behavior is not tolerated and students displaying such behavior will be asked to leave immediately.

Student Privacy

Personal pictures or filming is prohibited during classes, with the sole exception of recording yourself for the purpose of watching yourself to better inform your practice. Distribution of recordings, especially those recordings which show other students, is entirely prohibited.

Getting Changed

We have a bathroom where you can change if you're coming to class straight from work or get out of your sweaty clothes after class. Many of our students hang out a bit after class is over, and it's important to change out of wet clothes.
